Cancellation, Punctuality and Security Policies
Cancellation of Appointments
If you cancel 24 or more hours before your appointment time, you will be reimbursed 100% of your appointment.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, you will be charged 50% of your appointment.
If you cancel less than 4 hours before your appointment, you will be charged 100% of your appointment.
For appointments scheduled at 6 am or earlier you must cancel 24 hours in advance, otherwise you will be charged 100% of your appointment.
Canceling an appointment with coupons, promotions or packages will result in the loss of said coupon, promotion or package.
You can only reschedule appointments up to 4 hours in advance, otherwise the cancellation policy will apply.
Appointments scheduled from 6 am to 1 pm can only be rescheduled at the same time and on these days: Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. This will also be subject to availability.
Customer Punctuality and Glitzi Coach
You have 20 minutes of tolerance to arrive at your appointment, otherwise you will be charged 100% of the service.
Our Glitzi Coaches have an obligation to be on time for their appointments. If they have an unforeseen event, they will only have 15 minutes of tolerance. After these 15 minutes, you will be given a 15% discount on your appointment.
If our Glitzi Coaches arrive more than 30 minutes late, your appointment will be FREE.
Client Safety and Glitzi Coach
Glitzi Coaches DO NOT offer any sexual or erotic service. In case of any suggestion of this kind, the Glitzi Coaches will suspend the service immediately and leave your address.
Glitzi Coaches will not perform any service in case you are under the influence of alcoholic beverages or narcotics.
All of our appointments are monitored constantly for the safety of both you and the Glitzi Coaches. If there is an emergency, an alert will be sent to the public security module closest to your home.
